Meredith Lynn Sullivan Chapman, a 33-year-old woman from Bryn Mawr, PA, tragically lost her life on April 23, 2018. She was shot by Jennair Gerardot, 47, whose husband, Mark Gerardot, was involved in a romantic relationship with Chapman.
