Robert Ronald Litz Jr., a 42-year-old Caucasian male from Lock Haven, Pennsylvania, tragically lost his life on May 19, 2018. His death was the result of a gunshot wound to the head, sustained during an apparent game of Russian Roulette. The incident occurred in an apartment across the hall from where his acquaintance, 55-year-old Randy Malcolm Hill, resided. According to Lock Haven City Police, the fatal event took place around 3 a.m. on Sunday morning.
