Kevin Lowe Jr., a 24-year-old Black male, tragically lost his life on May 28, 2018, in Philadelphia, PA. He was known affectionately as "Uggabug" or "Kev Lo" and was well-loved in his community. Kevin was shot multiple times in the head and torso around 9:15 p.m. on Indiana Avenue. Despite being rushed to Temple University Hospital, he succumbed to his injuries that night.
