On a late summer evening in Philadelphia, tragedy struck the 6400 block of North Beechwood Street. At approximately 11:16 p.m. on Tuesday, August 14, 2018, Philadelphia Police officers were called to the scene where they discovered Levern Jackson lying in the street, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
