John A Amrein, a 52-year-old man from Oakland Township, was tragically killed on September 3, 2018, in New Milford, Pennsylvania. The incident occurred at the residence of Andrea Martel, located on Madison Circle in Great Bend Township. Amrein was killed with a machete and had also sustained a gunshot wound to his thigh. The coroner's testimony revealed that the fatal blows were delivered primarily to Amrein's head, causing severe injuries.
