Michael Tripus, a 65-year-old male from Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, died on November 27, 2018, in Cresco, PA. He was the zoning and codes enforcement officer for Paradise Township. Tripus was shot inside the Paradise Township Municipal Building by David Green, a resident of Swiftwater, PA. Green, who was having issues with mold in his home, entered the building to speak with Tripus about the problem.
