Lamar Seymour, a 17-year-old male from Aliquippa, PA, was charged with the homicide of 15-year-old Dahvea Sparrow. Seymour was identified as the shooter in the execution-style killing that occurred on July 8, 2023, after Sparrow attended a graduation party. Seymour allegedly shot Sparrow in the head at close range with a 40-caliber handgun. Seymour turned himself into authorities and was charged as an adult.
