Nestor Ortiz DeLeon, a 44-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically died on February 24, 2019, in Breinigsville, PA. His death was ruled a homicide after an autopsy revealed he was killed by a gunshot wound to the body. The incident occurred at Customized Distribution Services Inc., where DeLeon was employed. He was found near the facility with a large amount of blood coming from his head.
