Victor Rios

Victor Rios, a 28-year-old man from Allentown, PA, tragically died on March 7, 2019, after being shot in the basement of an apartment building in west Allentown. He was discovered in the 2300 block of Hamilton Street and was later pronounced dead at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest. First Deputy Coroner Eric Minnich ruled his death a homicide.
