On March 9, 2019, Shareif Simpson, a 25-year-old man from Bensalem, PA, was tragically killed in his apartment. The incident occurred during an argument with his roommate, Gregory Hylton, 41, over a messy apartment. The argument escalated, and Hylton, who had a 9-mm handgun, struck Simpson multiple times with the weapon before firing a shot that struck Simpson in the chest at extremely close range.
