On July 6, 2024, at approximately 5:48 p.m., Bensalem Police responded to reports of a shooting at the Bucks Meadows Apartments, located at 3131 Knights Road in Bensalem, Pennsylvania. Upon arrival, officers discovered 40-year-old Jose Miguel Tenorio-Ruiz lying near the rear parking lot with a gunshot wound to his torso. Despite immediate life-saving efforts and transportation to Jefferson Torresdale Hospital, Tenorio-Ruiz was pronounced dead shortly thereafter.
