On June 20, 2019, 20-year-old Quaheim Aikens, a resident of Milbourne, Pennsylvania, was tragically shot in the head on North Allison Street near Master Street in West Philadelphia. Responding officers found Aikens with two gunshot wounds to his head and rushed him to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
