In the autumn of 2013, a young man's life was tragically cut short on the east side of Detroit. Just a week after celebrating his twentieth birthday, Tyler 'T.J.' Taylor was on his way to work on the morning of Thursday, October 17th, when he was fatally shot. His body was discovered on a sidewalk in the 12000 block of Duchess Street, near the intersection of Kelly Road and Morang Drive.
