Issa Noor, an 18-year-old male from Grove City, tragically lost his life on January 10, 2020, in Pittsburgh, PA. He was found with multiple gunshot wounds on the sidewalk at the corner of Roberts Street and Bedford Avenue in the Hill District. Responding to a ShotSpotter alert and 911 calls, Pittsburgh police arrived at the scene around 6:45 p.m. and rendered aid until medics arrived.
