Carol Heard, an 80-year-old woman from York, PA, tragically died on March 25, 2020. Her death was ruled a homicide as she was shot by her husband, Robert Heard, who then took his own life. The couple had been experiencing medical difficulties, which may have contributed to the tragic event.
