In a quiet home in Manchester Township, York County, a deeply disturbing tragedy unfolded, claiming the life of 3-year-old Kelly June Williams. The little girl was discovered deceased in a bedroom of the residence on Greenbriar Road on the evening of Sunday, April 23, 2017. Authorities had been called to the home for a welfare check after a planned child custody exchange in Virginia did not occur as scheduled.
