On June 8, 2020, Trai Wilson, a 36-year-old man from Pittsburgh, PA, tragically died from multiple gunshot wounds. The incident occurred in Pittsburgh's Garfield neighborhood, where the city's ShotSpotter system detected multiple rounds fired in the 5100 block of Dearborn Street just after 11 p.m. on June 7. Shortly after the shots were fired, Wilson, who was in critical condition, was brought to a local hospital by private vehicle and pronounced dead the following afternoon.
