Christina Ann Ruhl-Farnsworth, a 23-year-old woman from Conneaut Lake, Pennsylvania, tragically died on September 14, 2021. She was born on October 4, 1997, and was raised by her mother and step-father, John Grubbs. Christina attended Cochranton High School and enjoyed riding her 4-wheeler and spending time with her daughter, Zoey.
