Christina Ann Ruhl-Farnsworth, a 23-year-old woman from Conneaut Lake, Pennsylvania, tragically died on September 14, 2021. Gillespie, who was married to Christina but experiencing marital problems, admitted to shooting her while she was in bed at a residence in Sadsbury Township, near Conneaut Lake. He was found guilty of third-degree murder and sentenced to 25 to 50 years in state prison.
