In the early morning hours of a late October day, the life of 28-year-old Mar'Quise S. Holmes was tragically cut short on a street in Chester, Pennsylvania. On October 29, 2021, Holmes, a male resident of the city, was fatally wounded by gunfire. The incident prompted an immediate investigation by local law enforcement.
