In the quiet streets of Johnstown, Pennsylvania, a life was abruptly cut short in February of 2022. Timothy Harrison, a male resident, was driving his vehicle through the Moxham neighborhood when the unthinkable happened. Another man, Gary Hill, opened fire on the moving car, striking Harrison and causing his death.
