Lameer Boyd, an 18-year-old Black male, was tragically killed on the night of July 18, 2022, in West Philadelphia. He was shot multiple times near the intersection of 52nd Street and Larchwood Avenue. According to reports, Boyd was struck by over 50 bullets, with 34 hitting him and 13 connecting with his head. The excessive nature of the attack has deeply troubled his family and the community.
