Shakiera Lynn Scott, a 33-year-old Black female, tragically lost her life on September 5, 2022, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She was one of seven victims who were shot on the 700 block of West Russell Street that night. Shakiera was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced deceased at the scene by medical personnel.
