In the early morning hours of a Sunday in November, the life of Milton D. Washington Jr., a 29-year-old man from Harrisburg, was tragically cut short. On November 6, 2022, in the town of Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, an argument escalated into a physical altercation and ultimately ended in gunfire. The fatal encounter occurred around 2 a.m. at the intersection of North Queen Street and Coover Avenue.
