Shakur Richard Myers, a 21-year-old male of African American ethnicity from Philadelphia, PA, tragically lost his life on October 6, 2019, in Shippensburg, PA. Myers was found shot near a vehicle on Rotz Avenue, behind the 200 block of High Street in Shippensburg Township, a few blocks from Shippensburg University. The incident occurred around 8:15 p.m., and Myers was pronounced dead at the scene.
