In the quiet borough of Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, a drug transaction on the evening of October 6, 2019, spiraled into a fatal encounter that ended the life of 21-year-old Shakur Myers of Philadelphia. Myers, a young male, was found deceased with gunshot wounds to his head and chest near a vehicle on Rotz Avenue, a location just a few blocks from the Shippensburg University campus.
