Mary Margaret "Peggy" Andrews, a 19-year-old white female, was tragically murdered on September 20, 1962, in Columbus, Ohio. She was a student at Bliss College and lived in a studio apartment near the Ohio State University campus. Peggy was last seen alive on the evening of her death, when she left her workplace and headed to her boarding house.
