Mary Margaret "Peggy" Andrews, a 19-year-old white female, was tragically murdered on September 20, 1962, in Columbus, Ohio. She was a student at Bliss College and lived in a studio apartment near the Ohio State University campus. Peggy was last seen alive on the evening of her death, when she left her workplace and headed to her boarding house. She caught a ride with a friend and classmate, Ron Negutt, who dropped her off at her boarding house.
