Thomas Frank Ruppert, a 15-year-old Caucasian male from Hamilton, Ohio, tragically lost his life on March 30, 1975. He was one of the victims in what became known as the Easter Sunday Massacre. On that fateful day, his uncle, James Urban Ruppert, fatally shot 11 members of his family, including Thomas, his parents, his grandmother, and seven of his siblings. The massacre took place at the family home on Minor Avenue in Hamilton, Ohio.
