On December 10, 2018, Trenesa Roberts, a 39-year-old African American woman, was tragically gunned down outside her home in Lehigh Acres, Florida. Roberts, a devoted mother of four and a bus attendant for the Lee County Public School District, was found dead in her driveway, still wearing her work uniform. The incident occurred early in the morning, around 6:30 a.m., as she was preparing to leave for work.
