Amparo Moreno, a 44-year-old Hispanic woman, tragically lost her life on June 18, 2016, in Lehigh Acres, Florida. The incident occurred outside her home on 9th Street West, where she was involved in a heated argument with her husband, Placido Moreno-Torres. Witnesses reported hearing the couple arguing loudly before gunshots rang out. Ricardo Vaca, a 20-year-old neighbor, heard the commotion and attempted to intervene, but was also shot and killed by Moreno-Torres. Both victims were pronounced d ...
