Keywontae Jaterrance Carter Smiley, a 22-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on December 24, 2018, in Fairfield Township, Hamilton, OH. Smiley was shot and killed shortly before 2 p.m. while sitting in a car with another person.
