Alfonda Madison, a 21-year-old male from Youngstown, OH, tragically lost his life on September 2, 1991. His death was part of a violent incident that also claimed the lives of three other individuals: William Dent, Eric Howard, and Theodore Wynn Jr. The murders were orchestrated by William James "Flip" Williams Jr., who sought to regain control of the drug trade in the Kimmelbrooks housing project.
