On October 14, 2006, Jason McInnis, aged 28, was found shot to death in Youngstown, Ohio. The incident took place near The Busy Bee Market, located at 3317 South Avenue. Youngstown police responded to reports of a man down, and upon arrival, they discovered Jason lying in the parking lot, deceased from a fatal gunshot wound to the chest. The shooting occurred around 1:30 a.m., and there have been no arrests in connection to the case since then.
