Raymond R. Queener Jr., a 33-year-old resident of Youngstown, Ohio, tragically lost his life on Wednesday, May 29, 2024. Queener was found with multiple gunshot wounds in a vehicle near the intersection of Connecticut Avenue and North Dunlap Avenue on the West Side of Youngstown. The Youngstown Police Department received an alert about a possible gunshot victim at 4:44 a.m. that morning.
