In the summer of 2011, the city of Detroit recorded another life lost to violence. Istvan Sores, a 65-year-old man, was found murdered on June 16th of that year. His body was discovered on Cass Avenue, a well-known thoroughfare in the city, leaving behind a case that would quickly grow cold and linger for years without resolution.
