Death by Force

On November 25, 1998, Carthard Baker Jr., a 21-year-old Black male, was tragically found dead in Columbus, Ohio. He was discovered with a gunshot wound to the chest at the front of 737 James Rd. The incident was quickly classified as a homicide by the Columbus Police Department.
