Norman Wallace, a 30-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on May 9, 2003, at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Wallace was a first-year MBA student from Youngstown, Ohio. He was shot and killed by Biswanath Halder, a 62-year-old former graduate student of the university, in the Peter B. Lewis Building.
