David Downs Sr., a 38-year-old Black male, tragically lost his life on July 22, 2003, in Columbus, Ohio. He suffered a gunshot wound, and his death was ruled a homicide. The incident occurred on the eastbound side of Interstate 70 at Exit 103H in Franklin County.
