David Downs Sr., a 38-year-old Black male, tragically lost his life on July 22, 2003, in Columbus, Ohio. He suffered a gunshot wound, and his death was ruled a homicide. The incident occurred on the eastbound side of Interstate 70 at Exit 103H in Franklin County. Despite extensive investigations by the Columbus Police Department, the case remains unsolved to this day.
