On June 21, 2023, the U.S. Marshals Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team , along with multiple SWAT teams, located and arrested Sir Robert Martin-Sydnor in Dayton, Ohio. The arrest followed an eight-hour standoff and was the result of collaboration between various local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies. Sir Robert Martin-Sydnor was transported to the Montgomery County Jail pending extradition back to Columbus.
