Alicia Anne Newlove Castillon, a 30-year-old woman from Bowling Green, Ohio, tragically lost her life on March 29, 2007. She was born on March 3, 1977, in Panama City, Florida, to William Michael Newlove and Kathy Sears Newlove. Alicia attended Owens Community College and was on the Dean's List. At the time of her death, she was living on Parker Street in Bowling Green.
