Shane L. Goins, a 32-year-old male from Zanesville, Ohio, tragically lost his life on April 4, 2009. Shane was shot in the head at the intersection of Prospect Avenue and Oak Street in downtown Zanesville. He was taken to the Ohio State University Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries.

The incident occurred following a confrontation earlier in the day between Shane and 22-year-old James "Tyrone" McCrae. McCrae was identified as the suspect in Shane's murder. Police charged Mc ...
