Marshall Jones, a 26-year-old male from Akron, OH, tragically passed away on January 20, 2014. His death was ruled a homicide. On that fateful day, Marshall was picked up by Ronald L. Bishop, Jr., Charles Fortson, and Devante Scurry. While in the back seat of the SUV, Bishop shot Marshall twice, once in the chin and once in the chest. After the shooting, Bishop pushed Marshall out of the SUV around the 200 block of Noble Road.
