Jamal Rolling, a 24-year-old male from Cleveland, OH, tragically lost his life on April 14, 2014. He was shot and killed in the early morning hours shortly after leaving his girlfriend's apartment with Ramal Hammond, who was later identified as the suspect. Although there were no eyewitnesses to the shooting, several witnesses placed Jamal with Ramal prior to the incident. Jamal's girlfriend testified that after hearing the gunshot, she saw Jamal trying to run toward her house before collapsing ...
