James Otis Lewis, a 51-year-old man from Cleveland, OH, was tragically killed in a drive-by shooting on August 30, 2015. He was crossing the street around East 102nd Street and Dickens Avenue at about 10:30 p.m. when he was shot. Witnesses reported hearing gunfire and seeing a white, four-door van driving away from the scene. Lewis was found lying on the sidewalk with a gunshot wound to his head.
