Izaiah Cooper, a 17-year-old male from Cleveland, OH, tragically lost his life on December 14, 2022. He was one of two victims in a double homicide that occurred at an apartment building on West Boulevard in Cleveland. The other victim, 41-year-old Dushawn Sweeney, also from Cleveland, was pronounced dead the following day at MetroHealth Medical Center.
