Jaleel Tolbert, a 19-year-old male from Cleveland, OH, tragically lost his life on May 26, 2014, due to gunshot wounds to his chest and neck. His death occurred during a Memorial Day block party on Tuscora Avenue, Cleveland's east side. The incident began as a celebration but quickly turned violent when gunshots were fired from multiple directions.
