James L. Brown, a 32-year-old male from Painesville, OH, tragically died on July 4, 2014. He was shot while sitting in a car in the 900 block of Hine Avenue around 8:30 p.m. Brown was taken to TriPoint Medical Center in Concord Township, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
