Robert Harris, a 28-year-old male from Toledo, OH, tragically lost his life on July 5, 2014. His body was discovered just before 11 p.m. in the 800-block of Vance. The investigation into his death revealed that he was a victim of a violent crime, leading to a series of legal actions and arrests.
