Charles Marvin Lake Jr., a 26-year-old male of African American ethnicity from Toledo, OH, tragically lost his life on September 25, 2019. He was fatally shot in the 500 block of Elmdale Road in Toledo. The incident occurred early in the morning, and Lake Jr. was found suffering from gunshot wounds. He was immediately rushed to the hospital, but despite medical efforts, he succumbed to his injuries.
