Stephen Balderos, a 31-year-old man from Cincinnati, OH, was tragically shot and killed on September 2, 2014. The incident occurred at the Villages at Roll Hill apartment complex, formerly known as the Fay Apartments, located in the 2300 block of Nottingham Road. When police arrived at the scene, they found Balderos lying in the grass semi-conscious. He was quickly transported to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries.
