David Norwood, a 29-year-old African American male from Cincinnati, OH, tragically lost his life on April 15, 2020. He was found dead in the 3800 block of Cass Avenue in South Cumminsville. The cause of death was determined to be a fatal shooting.

Following the incident, Leaunte Baltimore, a 23-year-old man from Westwood, was arrested and charged with murder in connection with Norwood's death. Baltimore had a prior criminal record, including a 2014 armed robbery conviction and a weapons ...
