David Salter Jr., a 36-year-old African American man from Cincinnati, OH, tragically died on January 26, 2017, from injuries sustained in a shooting outside the Indulge VSP Lounge in Springdale. The incident began as a fight on the dance floor between Salter and Shawndre Houston, which escalated when Salter's friends began assaulting Houston.
